1. Quotations & Availability

All services are subject to availability and confirmation. Quotations are valid for the period stated in each proposal and may vary according to travel dates, seasonality, group size, vehicle type and availability. Prices are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed and payment requirements are fulfilled.

2. Booking & Payment

 A booking is confirmed only after payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Rio Smile Tours. Advance payment may be required to secure transportation, tour services and attraction tickets. For services requiring advance reservations, availability must be confirmed before payment.

3. Transportation & Pick-up 

Private transportation is provided according to the vehicle selected and the number of participants. Hotel pick-up and drop-off are available for eligible locations, as specified in the quotation.

4. Tours, Timing & Changes

 Tours are planned according to the agreed itinerary and schedule. Traffic, weather, attraction operating conditions and unforeseen circumstances may affect the order or duration of visits.

5. Cancellation & Refunds 

Cancellation and refund conditions are provided with each quotation and may vary according to the services booked, attraction tickets and the cancellation policies of third-party suppliers. Certain tickets, reservations and special services may be non-refundable once purchased.

6. Attraction Tickets & Reservations

Attraction tickets and reservations are subject to availability. Once purchased or reserved, certain tickets may be non-refundable or subject to the supplier’s cancellation policy.

7. Cruise Passengers

For cruise passengers, itineraries are planned according to the vessel’s scheduled arrival and departure times. Guests are responsible for returning to the designated meeting point at the agreed time. Rio Smile Tours will plan the experience with sufficient time for the scheduled return to the ship; however, delays caused by the cruise line, port operations, traffic or other circumstances beyond our control may affect the itinerary
