Christ the Redeemer – Temporary Access
The escalators to Christ the Redeemer are currently under renovation, with completion expected by May 2027. During this period, access to the monument requires approximately 80 steps. Stair-climbing wheelchairs are available for visitors with reduced mobility, but cannot be used in rainy or wet conditions.
